The Senior Consultant is relied upon to take ownership of a given project, to become the synthesizing agent for all intellectual capital generated by the team and, ultimately, to have a vision of what the final deliverables need to be. Specific responsibilities include managing consultants, associates, and analysts in the collection of data via primary and secondary research, applying strategic frameworks in a range of disciplines (corporate strategy, technology assessment, business development, marketing, R&D portfolio planning, etc.), driving strategy formulation and recommendations, crystallizing insights in PowerPoint presentations, and ultimately presenting those recommendations to the client.

Senior Consultant Recruiting:

The candidate should be a top-tier MBA program graduate with at least 4-5 years of work experience in the healthcare (payer, provider, pharmaceutical/supplier) and/or management consulting industries. Ideally, the candidate should have several years of post-MBA experience. The candidate must demonstrate highly refined analytic, strategic, financial and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively, both independently and in group settings, to develop creative strategic insights and solutions.
